IF YOUR SERVICE DOES NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, YOU MAY ASK FOR A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB. A PARTIAL REFUND, LESS YOUR DEPOSIT, MAY BE ISSUED IF THE TWO PARTIES CANNOT COME TO AN AGREEMENT BASED ON A REASONABLE ASSESSMENT OF THE WORK PERFORMED.

1. Message us at refund@ctpinnaclepainters.com to request a refund. Someone from our refund department will be in contacted within 24-48 hours of the submitted request.

2. If it is determined that a refund is warranted based on your request, we will refund a partial amount (less your deposit) to the payment method used to place your original order within 5-7 business days.
